Welcome to my practice! With a clinical masters in mental health and over 20 years of experience health and wellness, I specialize in a student and client-centered approach to yoga and massage. My yoga teaching is strongly influenced by the Iyengar tradition and I offer a variety of styles, including Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow, often combining these techniques for a holistic experience. My studies in massage and bodywork impact how I view and work with the body, and my classes, where appropriate, incorporate joint mobilization and muscular activation techniques to help you connect with your breath and achieve your individual goals. Join me to enhance your strength, balance, flexibility, and peace of mind in a safe, trauma-informed environment.

As a Certified Massage Therapist, Morales Method® Core Integration Therapist Level 3, Morales Method® Pain Specialist, and a certified Morales Method® Structural Integration Practitioner, I utilize integrative techniques to help you feel better; enhance fascia health, joint mobilization, and improve stability. Additionally, I have training in cranial sacral therapy, which complements my approach. I also offer Morales Method® Structural Integration Series Sessions, along with prenatal massage and yoga-massage sessions to support your wellness journey.
